Arcs over cherry trees

敷地に植わる若い桜をきっかけに、壮大な桜山とは異なる桜と人との関係性をつくり出したい。

桜の周りに弧を描くように、小さな居場所をつくります。

弧は互いに近づき離れながら、桜のあいだをめぐります。

床と地形の高さの違いから、過ごし方に多様性が生まれます。

3つの居場所をまとう、新しいトイレの提案です。

 With the young cherry trees planted on the site, we want to create a relationship between the cherry trees and people that is different from that of a grand cherry blossom mountain.

 We will create a small place for people to stay as if drawing an arc around the cherry trees.

 The arcs will move closer and further away from each other, circling between the cherry trees.

 The difference in height between the floor and the terrain creates diversity in the way people spend their time.

 This is a proposal for a new kind of restroom, clad in three different places of residence.
